OPPO unveiled the F1 Plus smartphone at the F1 launch in India earlier this year. Today the company has launched the smartphone in the country, which is the same OPPO R9 smartphone that was unveiled in China last month. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p display with 1.66mm ultra-narrow frame and 77.68% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P10 processor, has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, PDAF and a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. Meizu has announced MX5e, the company’s latest smartphone in the MX series and an affordable variant of the MX5 that was introduced last year. This has a 16-megapixel rear camera with Laser auto-focus, instead of 20.7-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX220 on the MX5. Other specifications are the same, including a 5.5-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display and Octa-Core MediaTek Helio X10 processor.

Xiaomi launched its Redmi Note 3 smartphone in India last month starting at Rs. 9999. We already brought you the review of the Redmi Note 3, here are the battery life test results of the Snapdragon 650 version, which is also called the Redmi Note 3 Pro in China. It packs a 4000mAh (minimum) / 4050 (typical) built-in battery, which is larger than the than 3060mAh battery on the Redmi Note 2 and also includes support for fast charging so that you can charge the phone fully in just an hour. Asus launched the Zenfone Go 4.5 back in December last year and launched the Zenfone Go 5.0 (ZC500TG) couple of months back, now it has launched the Asus Zenfone Go 5.0 LTE (T500) in the country. It has a 5-inch HD screen, is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 410 64-bit SoC, has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, but this runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat).
