While multi-tasking between single apps has been quite easy for many years in Android, using two apps in split screen has been quite clunky. As new form factors in smartphones are on the rise, Google is reportedly revamping the split screen interface in Android 12 with a feature called App Pairs.

vivo launched its V20 smartphone in India back in October last year running Android 11 based Funtouch OS 11. The vivo X50 Pro and the V20 Pro smartphones got the update in India last month. Update: January 7, 2021: realme has now announced realme UI 2.0 Open Beta program for realme Narzo 20 users in India. Users can head over to Settings > Software Update > Tap on the settings icon in the top right corner > Trial Version > Submit your details > Apply Now. As soon as the application procedure is completed, users will receive Android 11 based realme UI 2.0 update on their device.
OnePlus has finally released Android 11-based OxygenOS 11 Open Beta 1 update. This comes after OxygenOS 11 stable update for the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro smartphones that rolled out back in October last year. Xiaomi spun-off POCO as an independent brand earlier this year. POCO X2 was the company’s first device as a separate independent entity. Xiaomi launched its first Android One smartphone — Mi A1 back in 2017, which was originally introduced as Mi 5X in China. Then Mi 6X became the Mi A2 in India, and the third-generation Android One phone from Xiaomi, the Mi A3 is actually the CC9e smartphone that was introduced in China.
