Idea Cellular reported its second quarter (Q2) 2015 and half year revenues that ended on September 30, 2015. In the report, it also said that it is planning to roll out 4G services across 10 telecom service areas – Maharashtra & Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh, Kerala, Punjab and Haryana, Karnataka, Orissa, Tamil Nadu and North East over 750 large and small towns by the first half of 2016. Vodafone India to roll out 4G services in Delhi, NCR by December 2015

Vodafone already announced that it will launch 4G services in India by December 2015. It also said that Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru and Kochi circles will get 4G first. Today the operator has announced that it will roll out 4G services in Delhi/NCR region by December 2015. “Key corridors of Delhi/NCR will be part of the first wave of the 4G roll-out, which will be launched across the circle in a phased manner”, said Vodafone. ZTE has announced ZMAX 2, successor of last year’s ZMAX smartphone for AT&T in the U.S. It has a 5.5-inch HD display, is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop). It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It also has 4G LTE connectivity. Aircel to roll out 13000 2G, 3G and 4G sites across India by December 2015

Aircel today announced that it will be adding 13000 2G, 3G and 4G sites across India by December 2015. Out of the 13000 sites, 5300 sites are 2G and the remaining 7700 are 3G and 4G sites combined, said the company.
