After a long delay the iPhone 3GS was finally launched in India by Airtel and Vodafone
Now , there are fresh rumors that the iPhone 3G (older model) getting a major price cut in India . There are some leaked documents which show the new pricing for the Airtel iPhone 3G. The price of the iPhone 3G is as cheap as Rs.18499 more than 10000 rupees lesser than the current price .
Etisalat DB is one of the few companies who have not started services in India despite possessing a license. Now they are going to start offering mobile services under the Cheers banner. Their website went live just minutes ago and it seems a bit slow.
The DoT or Department of Telecom has announced the pre-qualified bidders for the 3G auctions which are set to take place in India next month. 9 Companies had submitted their bid for the 3G Spectrum and all the 9 telecom companies have qualified to take part in the 3G auctions .
