Xiaomi introduced Redmi 3 earlier this year, after the recent certification, Xiaomi has officially introduced the Redmi 3 Pro with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage and a fingerprint sensor on the back. Other specifications remain the same, including a 5-inch HD screen, Octa-Core Snapdragon 616 SoC, MIUI 7 based on Android Lollipop, 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF), resulting in a quick focus of just 0.1 second and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Xiaomi today introduced its new sub-brand, Mi Ecosystem, which is also known as MIJIA, which literally means Xiaomi Smart Home. It has also introduced a new rice cooker under the Mi Ecosystem with support for cloud connectivity since the cooker has built-in WiFi 802.11n. This lets you adjust the condition the rice needs to be cooked and control several features using the mobile app, which also comes with recipes. At the Redmi Note 3 launch event Hugo Barra, Vice President of Xiaomi Global said that the flagship Mi 5 smartphone will launch in India in April. Now Xiaomi has started sending press invites for the event. The Mi 5 was announced at an event in China and at the MWC 2016 last month. Xiaomi today announced new Mi TV 3S lineup that includes a 65-inch 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels) curved TV with display from Samsung and a 43-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) TV with display from LG / AU Optronics. The 65-inch Curved TV has a 5.9mm slim metal body, and also support Mi TV bar with independent 6-piece sound system. Xiaomi introduced its flagship Mi 5, the company’s flagship smartphone in China last month. We already brought you the unboxing of the smartphone, here we have the benchmarks. It is powered by a Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 64-bit 14nm processor that has two custom Kryo cores clocked at 2.15GHz per core and two smaller Kryo cores are clocked at 1.59GHz per core. Xiaomi has started selling its latest Mi Bluetooth speaker in India, as it had promised. The compact speaker was introduced back in September last year, has a full metal body and weighs just 270 grams. It has a built-in microphone so that you can use it for calls when it is connected to your smartphone, but it lacks a microSD card slot that is present in the Chinese variant. It automatically pauses the music when you receive a call and connects to the call with a press of the play button without the need of a mobile phone. Now the company has announced Mi Power Bank Holi Bundle, which will come with Mi Power Bank 10400mAh Power Bank and four protective silicone covers in White, Blue, Pink and Black colors.
