Samsung India partners with Facebook to bring local offline retail stores online

Samsung India has launched yet another initiative that is aimed at creating an online presence for their offline Samsung retail stores. They have partnered with Facebook this time, to train Samsung’s offline partners to become part of an online ecosystem. With this initiative, Samsung aims to have customers purchase Samsung smartphones online via Facebook’s many services like Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp.

Samsung starts building new EUV-based 5nm and sub-5nm semiconductor production line in Korea

Samsung today announced that it has commenced construction of new foundry line in Pyeongtaek, Korea, which will focus on EUV-based 5 nanometer (nm) and below process technology. Samsung said that this will play a pivotal role as the company aims to expand the use of state-of-the-art process technologies across a myriad of current and next generation applications, including 5G, high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI). Samsung introduces 50MP 1.2μm ISOCELL GN1 sensor with 8K video recording for smartphones

Samsung just announced ISOCELL GN1, the company’s first 1.2-micrometer (μm) pixel 50-megapixel (Mp) sensor. The ISOCELL GN1 is also Samsung’s first image sensor to offer both Dual Pixel and Tetracell technologies. Samsung Galaxy A21s with 6.5-inch Infinity-O display, 48MP quad rear cameras, 5000mAh battery announced

Samsung has officially announced the Galaxy A21s after it surfaced earlier this week. It has a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-O display, is powered by a 2GHz Octa-Core processor, which is new Exynos 850, according to several rumors. It runs Android 10 with OneUI 2.0, comes with 48-megapixel rear camera along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide, 2-megapixel depth and 2-megapixel macro sensor. There is also a 13-megapixel front camera. Samsung has announced Galaxy A Quantum in partnership with SK Telecom in South Korea. This is world’s first 5G smartphone with quantum random number generation (QRNG) chipset. It shares similar specifications as the Galaxy A71 5G  that includes a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED Infinity-O Display, Exynos 980, 8GB RAM, 64MP quad rear cameras, 32MP front camera and a 4500mAh battery with 25W super fast charging.
