OPPO introduced its flagship Find X and Lamborghini Limited Edition with an unique slider camera design at its global event in Paris last week. Today, as promised, the company has launched the phones in China, and also revealed the availability details, which is a month earlier before it starts rolling out in Europe. As usual, it is cheaper compared to the Europe pricing.
Along with the standard OPPO Find X, OPPO also introduced the Lamborghini Limited Edition version of the smartphone at its Paris event. The phone features classic carbon fiber textured back with a 3D Lamborghini car logo on it. It also has the long-awaited Super VOOC Flash Charge technology that was introduced at the MWC 2016.
After several rumors, OPPO has officially introduced its flagship Find X smartphone at an event in Paris, as it had promised. It has a 6.42-inch Full HD+ AMOLED Panoramic Arc Screen with 19:5:9 aspect ratio and 93.8% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by Snapdragon 845 with 8GB of RAM and runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with ColorOS 5.1 on top with support for Android P beta coming soon. It has a motorized sliding dual rear cameras with a 16-megapixel primary and a 20-megapixel secondary camera set up with LED flash, OIS, AI portraits and AI Scene Recognition technology that can identify 800 scenes. The company says that the sliding mechanism has been tested over 300,000 times for durability.

OPPO will introduce its flagship Find X smartphone at a global event in Paris, France later today. Now The Verge has posted hands-on impressions of the smartphone that reveals all the specifications. As rumoured, the phone features a pop-up front and rear cameras that are motorized, so it doesn’t have a notch for the 6.4-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen. It still has narrow bezels on the top for the earpiece. The phone also has 3D facial scanning system for biometric authentication, and will not come with a fingerprint sensor or 5x dual-camera zoom.
OPPO is all set to introduce its flagship Find X smartphone at a global event in Paris, France later today. The company has sent out invites for the launch of a smartphone in India on July 12. Even though the invite doesn’t say that it will be the Find X, the caption “Find what you have have been looking for until now” hints at the launch of the next-generation Find series smartphone.
Update: After a teaser OPPO has confirmed that the Find X will have a 93.8% screen-to-body ratio, which should be the highest on a smartphone till date. New images that have surfaced clearly shows unique slider design to hide both the front and rear cameras.
Earlier: OPPO smartphones with model numbers PBAM00 / PBAT00 have been certified by TENAA in China. This reveals a budget smartphone with a 6.2-inch HD+ screen with 19:9 aspect ratio, minimal bezels, 1.8GHz Octa-Core SoC, which could be Snapdragon 450, Android 8.1 (Oreo) with ColorOS 5.0, 13-megapixel rear camera along with a secondary 2-megapixel camera for portrait shots. It will come with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, and will like come with face unlock, however it doesn’t have a fingerprint sensor. OPPO’s Realme launched the Realme 1 smartphone in the country in Diamond Black, Solar Red and Moonlight Silver colors. At that time the company said that 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version in Moonlight Silver and Diamond Black colors will be available from June. Now two new OPPO smartphones with model numbers PAFM00 and PAFT00 have been certified by TENAA in China that will likely be the Find X since it has flagship specifications including a 6.3-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 845 SoC, 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
After teasing the Find X earlier this week OPPO has officially announced that the flagship smartphone will be unveiled at the Louvre Museum in Paris on June 19. “As the premium series of OPPO’s smartphones, the Find series has always been known for its excellent configuration, pioneering innovative technology, and artistic design, providing consumers with all-round flagship performance and refined aesthetics,” said OPPO.

After rumors last month, OPPO has officially teased the Find X smartphone in India, Thailand and China. It has been four years since we had seen the last Find series smartphone from OPPO. Even though we heard rumors about the Find 9 last year, it did not go official. The company says that the Find X will be its futuristic flagship.
