OPPO just introduced the Find X5 series that includes the Find X5 and the Find X5 Pro, as it had announced. The phones feature a dedicated MariSilicon X NPU, dual IMX766 camera system, SUPERVOOC Flash Charging technology. OPPO has also joined hands with Hasselblad that promises Natural Color Calibration for both natural and professional colours in smartphone imaging.
OPPO has announced A76, the company’s latest mid-range phone, in the A series in Malaysia. The phone has a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD screen with 90Hz refresh rate, 89.9% screen-to-body ratio, 8MP camera inside the punch-hole, is powered by Snapdragon 680 SoC, 6GB of RAM, 5GB of virtual RAM and runs Android 11 with ColorOS 11.1. Earlier this month, OPPO launched new models in their mid-range Reno line-up of smartphones, namely the Reno7 and the Reno7 Pro. On paper, it appears that OPPO has made only minor tweaks to both devices, primarily in the design, and have continued to price them near other high-end smartphones from OnePlus and Xiaomi. OPPO already confirmed that launch of Find X5 series next week. Today, it has posted a teaser for the Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition in China. The company also said that it will be the first phone to be powered by the Dimensity 9000 flagship 5G chip. OPPO just launched the Reno7 and Reno7 Pro 5G smartphones in the Reno7 series in India, as it had promised. The Reno7 has a 6.43-inch screen and the Reno7 Pro features a 6.55-inch screen, both with OLED panel with 90Hz refresh rate. The OPPO Reno7 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC and the Reno7 Pro is powered by Dimensity 1200-Max that promises enhanced display, better imaging and video clarity. These run ColorOS 12 based on Android 11, and the company says that Android 12 is expected to roll out in Q1 to Q2 2022.
