White Nexus 4 now available from Flipkart

LG announced the white version of its popular Nexus 4 smartphone today and the phone is already available on Flipkart. The specifications of the handset remain identical to those on the black variant with the only difference being the color.

LG have opted to go for a two tone finish with a black bezel on the front and a white finish on the sides, back of the handset. LG unveils the White Nexus 4 officially

LG Electronics (LG) has officially announced the rumored White Nexus 4 in collaboration with Google. The specifications of the device is similar to the original Nexus 4 that was announced back in October last year and officially launched in India recently. It black bezel on the front with white finish on the sides and the back. It has Nexus and LG branding in White, unlike the images that surfaced online. LG Optimus L7 gets the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update in India

LG has started rolling out the Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) update for the Optimus L7 in India. The Optimus L7 was announced back in February 2012 and released in India last June. LG Optimus GJ Waterproof phone with 4.7-inch HD display, quad-core processor announced in Taiwan

LG has announced the Optimus GJ (E975W), the company’s first waterproof smartphone in Taiwan. It has similar specs as the Optimus G including a 4.7-inch (1280 x 768 pixels) True HD IPS + Display and is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro (APQ8064) processor. It has IPX7 ratings for water resistance. It runs on Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) and packs a 13-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It is slightly thicker than the Optimus G at 9.39 grams but it lighter than it at 141 grams. Even though this is a waterproof phone, this has a removable cover and replaceable battery. LG to show off unbreakable, flexible 5 inch OLED panel at SID

Over at the SID display exhibition in Vancouver, LG plans to show off its new unbreakable and flexible OLED panel. This 5 inch panel would be in addition to the 55 inch OLED TV that they previously talked about. The OLED panel targets mobile devices and has a display constructed of plastic. This plastic construction makes it flexible and unbreakable.

LG and Google launch the Nexus 4 in India for Rs. 25999

The Google Nexus 4 went on pre-order from Flipkart yesterday. Now LG and Google have officially launched the Nexus 4 in India. It was announced back in October last year, and it packs a 4.7-inch (1280 x 768 pixels) True HD IPS Plus display, powered by a 1.5 GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). Google Nexus 4 now available for pre-order from Flipkart at Rs. 25990


Google is yet to release the Nexus 4 in India on their official Play Store, but the phone has appeared on the online retail site Flipkart at a price tag of Rs. 25,990. Google started selling the Nexus 7 through their official Play Store in India back in March 2013 and the Nexus 4 page on the Google Play said it is not available in India. The 3G version of the Nexus 7 went on sale from retail stores last month and from online retailers earlier this month, but it is not available from Google Play Store. NTT Docomo has announced the LG Optimus it (L-05E) for their Summer 2013 line-up. The Optimus it has a 4.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) True HD IPS display, powered by a 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon APQ8064T processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It has a 13.2-megapixel auto focus camera with LED flash, BSI sensor for better low-light imaging and a 1.4-megapixel front-facing camera with a BSI sensor. It is 10.5mm thick and weighs 131 grams. It has IPX 5, 7 for water resistance. It runs on NTT Docomo’s Xi LTE service and has support for NOTTV support. LG to release LTE TDD Smartphones in 6 countries including India in 2013

LG has announced that they would launch LTE TDD capable smartphones globally starting from Saudi Arabia with its flagship Optimus G smartphone on the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) network. LG has also confirmed that they would release LTE TDD-enabled smartphones in other countries China, India, North America, Japan and Australia later this year. LG unveiled the Optimus L Series II devices, the Optimus L3 II, the Optimus L5 II and the Optimus L7 II and their dual SIM variants earlier this February. Last month LG launched the Optimus L3 II Dual and Optimus L7 II Dual officially, and the LG Optimus L5 II Dual went on sale recently. LG has announced the Optimus GK, the company’s latest Android smartphone in the Optimus series. This has a  5-inch (1920×1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display, powered by 1.7 GHz quad-core Qualcomm APQ 8064 processor with Adreno 320 GPU and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) similar to the Optimus G Pro (L-04E) that went on sale in Japan earlier this month.  It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and a 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera. LG Optimus F5 global roll out begins April 29 starting from France


LG unveiled the Optimus F5, an affordable LTE phone earlier this at the MWC 2013. The company has announced that the Optimus F5 would roll out globally starting from France from tomorrow. The Optimus L5 has a 4.3-inch (960 × 540 pixels) IPS display, powered by a 1.2 GHz Dual-Core processor and runs on Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean). LG Optimus G Pro likely to launch in India by June

LG announced its competitor to the Samsung Galaxy Note earlier this year in the form of the Optimus G Pro which is a large screen Android phone / Phablet and one of the first phones to be powered by the Snapdragon 600 processor. LG India has confirmed to FoneArena that it will soon launch the Optimus G Pro here in India most likely by June. The Optimus L5 II dual (E455) is now available from online retailer Infibeam in India. It has a 4-inch (800 × 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen IPS display, powered by a 1 GHz processor and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). It has a 5 MP camera with LED Flash. LG announced the Optimus G Pro Value Pack upgrade last month. The update has started rolling out in Korea that would bring Smart Video feature recognizes the position of the viewer’s eyes and automatically plays or stops the video and the Smart Camera feature, an extension of the Smart Video, would let you capture photographs using both the front and back cameras for a picture-in-picture composition.
