LG just announced its flagship G6 smartphone at its MWC 2017 event in Barcelona. It packs a 5.7-inch (1440 × 2880 pixels) QHD+ LCD FullVision display with a 18:9 aspect ratio, is powered by a Quad-Core Sanpdragon 821 SoC and runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) with Google Assistant.

A new report from KorearIT News has shared details about availability of Samsung Galaxy S8 and LG G6 flagship phones. The Galaxy S8 will go on sale on April 21 while the LG G6 will go on sale on March 10, said the report. LG will start pre-registrations for the LG G6 from March 2 to March 9.

LG just announced X power2, its latest smartphone in the ‘X series’ and the successor of last year’s X Power smartphone ahead of MWC 2017 in Barcelona. This packs a 4500mAh battery that can charge up to 50% in one hour and fully charge in two hours. It packs a 5.5-inch HD In-cell Touch display compared to a 5.3-inch HD display on the predecessor and is also powered by a faster 1.5GHz Octa-Core processor. LG today launched K10 (2017) smartphone in India at an event. It was unveiled ahead of CES 2017 last month and this comes with India-specific SOS 112 emergency calling when you press the power button three times or pressing the SoS option in the menu, as recommended by India’s telecom ministry. LG announced X300 smartphone in Korea last month, which is the K8 that was unveiled ahead of CES 2017. Now it has introduced X400 smartphone, which is the K10 for the Korean market. LG today announced that the LG G6 that will be introduced at the MWC will come with dual rear cameras. Both the rear cameras will have 13-megapixel resolution and one of the cameras will offer 125-degree lens for capturing wide shots.
