LG G6 will feature 13MP dual rear cameras, one with 125-degree wide-angle lens

LG today announced that the LG G6 that will be introduced at the MWC will come with dual rear cameras. Both the rear cameras will have 13-megapixel resolution and one of the cameras will offer 125-degree lens for capturing wide shots. LG to launch new K Series smartphones in India on February 22

LG today sent out invite for the launch of 2017 ‘K Series’ smartphones – K3, K4, K8, K10 in India on February 22nd. It will be launched by Kim Ki Wan, LG India MD and the chief guest is Telecom and IT minister Ravi Shankar Prasad who launched the ‘Made in India’ K7 LTE and K10 LTE smartphones in the country last year. LG to recruit domestic consumers to experience G6 before launch, confirms 32-bit Quad DAC

LG posts first quarterly operating loss in 6 years in Q4 2016, mobile revenue down 21% YoY due to weak G5 sales

LG Electronics has reported revenues of 1.34 trillion won (US$ 1.16 billion) in Q4 that ended December 31, 2016, which is up 12.2% compared to the same quarter last year, but it has reported operating loss of 35.2 billion won (US$30.1 million), compared to a profit of 348.9 billion won for the same quarter in 2015.
