LG recently announced X power2 smartphone in the ‘X series’. We are live at MWC 2017 and got a chance to get our hands on the X Power 2. Let’s take a detailed look at design and specifications the phone.
The X Power 2 sports a 5.5-inch (1280×720 pixels) HD In-cell Touch display and is powered by a 1.5GHz Octa-Core MediaTek processor. Running Android 7.0 (Nougat), the phone comes with 1.5GB / 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory, expandable memory up to 2TB with microSD.
It has a fairly simple design and looks of a mid-ranger. The phone has a plastic body that is not very impressive.
It has 5-megapixel front-facing camera with wide-angle lens and also has a soft LED flash to capturing better selfies in low lighting conditions. There is an earpiece and usual set of sensors above the display.
You have the LG branding below the display.
The volume rockers, microSD card slot, Dual SIM card slots are situated on the left while the power button is on the right side. There is a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash at the back.
The LG branding is present at the center of the back.
The 3.5mm audio headphone jack, microphone and USB port are present at the bottom.
The highlight feature of the phone is its 4500mAh battery that comes with support for fast charging. In spite of the large battery, the phone is slim and measure 154.7 x 78.1 x 8.4mm and weighs 164 grams.
The LG X power2 comes in Black Titan, Shiny Titan, Shiny Gold and Shiny Blue colors and will roll out beginning in March in the Latin America followed by key markets in United States, Asia, Europe and other regions. Pricing will be announced locally in each market.
