It is a known fact that Apple will be introducing three new iPhones later this year including a 6.1-inch, 6.5-inch iPhone X Plus, and a 5.8-inch iPhone. It is also reported that the 6.1-inch could be priced as low as $550, but according to the industry analysis by TrendForce, the 6.1-inch LCD iPhone with a starting price of around $699 to $749, slightly higher than the expected $550. Apple Group Facetime chats won’t ship with iOS 12 release, delayed to future software update

Samsung mocks Apple iPhone X in new ‘Ingenius’ ads

However, it appears this functionality could be limited to iPhones that will be launched in China. Apple hit with $145 million fine over WiLan patent infringement

Apple is fined $145 million by the jury in San Diego over infringing two WiLan patents relating to wireless communications technology, WiLan, a unit of Quarterhill Inc. Apple, on the other hand, confirmed that it plans to appeal. The company earlier rejected claims of infringement in pre-trial filings. Apple surpasses $1 trillion market cap, CEO Tim Cook thanks employees

Apple is rumored to launch the large 6.5-inch iPhone X Plus later this year with a screen resolution of 1242 x 2688 pixels. Now according to a Brazilian Apple news site iHelpBR, there were pieces of evidence found in the latest iOS 12 beta update that more or less confirms the resolution and suggests the iPhone X Plus will support iPad-like landscape mode. Apple reports $11.5 billion profit on $53.3 billion revenue in FY Q3 2018, 41.3 million iPhones sold

Apple has reported quarterly revenue of $53.3 billion, up 17 % over last year with a net profit of $11.5 billion, up 32.1% YoY or earnings per share of $2.34, an increase of 40% over last year in their earnings for the financial year Q3 2018 that ended June 30, 2018. During earnings call Tim Cook said that the growth was  due to strong performance of iPhone, services and wearables.
