ACT Fibernet has officially launched the Stream TV 4K, an AI-powered entertainment hub aimed at transforming content discovery and consumption in Indian households.
Expanding upon its existing Smart WiFi ecosystem—which focuses on AI-driven connectivity—the new device marks the company’s shift toward content curation. The Stream TV 4K is designed to bring intelligent curation to the living room, targeting both non-smart TV users and existing Smart TV audiences to eliminate what the company describes as “search fatigue.”
Overcoming Content Fragmentation with Intent-Based AI
As digital entertainment becomes increasingly fragmented across numerous Over-The-Top (OTT) platforms and traditional live television, modern consumers frequently spend considerable time searching for content. To alleviate the burden of navigating multiple applications, ACT Fibernet has integrated a content-trained AI search feature.
Instead of searching by exact titles, users can find content by stating their intent or describing specific context.

The device intelligently identifies relevant programming across various platforms and aggregates it into a single interface. At launch, the AI search functionality supports six languages: English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, and Tamil, with plans to introduce additional regional languages in the future.
Integration of Live TV and OTT
The Stream TV 4K aggregates over 400 live channels alongside major OTT platforms. To streamline traditional channel surfing, the device features an intuitive Electronic Program Guide (EPG) accessible via a single button press.
The hub is accompanied by a customisable remote control designed to simplify navigation. Key hardware features of the remote include:

- Direct channel number entry to easily navigate live TV.
- Dedicated EPG access for streamlined browsing.

The Stream TV 4K is available immediately to ACT Fibernet subscribers under two flexible commercial models:
