BSNL has announced the first ever successful test of their indigenously developed 4G cellular network in Chandigarh. The technology which was designed, developed and made in India was tested with a successful call made between the Department of Telecom secretary and Telecom Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw.

Back in 2018, WhatsApp started rolling out WhatsApp Payments in Beta and has been gradually rolling it out for all users in India. Today, the company has appointed the ex-Amazon Pay India Director to lead the WhatsApp Pay business in India.
At the 44th AGM, the RIL chairman Mukesh Ambani said that the company has tested the Jio 5G solutions in India and has successfully demonstrated speeds well in excess of 1 GBPS. “Our ‘Made in India’ solution is comprehensive, complete and globally competitive,” he said.
