Airtel 3G finally launches , in Karnataka


Airtel has finally launched it’s 3G services and decided to launch it in an event in Bangalore as we reported earlier.The main reason Airtel launched 3G first in Karnataka is because this circle is Airtel’s largest circle by revenue market share. The company plans to launch 3G services in all the 13 circles it won a license by March 2011

Motorola XOOM Price = $799 ?

Motorola XOOM – the Android Honeycomb tablet from Motorola does surely have some impressive specs.  But the tablet might not come cheap and will reportedly carry a minimum advertised price of $799 USD according to a document from Android Central. This might be the cost of the unsubsidized , unlocked version of the XOOM. While the tablet has been announced only for Verizon ,  it should be available on other networks too. LG Optimus Me P350 Leaked !

We just spotted a new Android handset from LG called the Optimus ME with the model number P350. Here are a bunch of pics of the device. The handset looks like an upcoming member of the Optimus range from LG.While we don’t have much details about this handset  , we can say that the handset will be coming in 5 different colors and does not run Android 2.3 Gingerbread. enjoy the pics after the break  !

Samsung teases Galaxy S Successor at MWC 2011

Samsung Star II S5260 launched in Korea

Samsung has announced the Star II  / Star 2 (S5260) which is the successor to the popular Samsung Star Phone according to the Korea Times .

Samsung seems to be betting big on Social Networking features of the Star II as it comes integrated with Twitter and Facebook. The handset was leaked last week and we now have official confirmation.

LG Optimus 2X does 1920×1080 Full HD Video Recording

LG Optimus 2X is one interesting phone from LG and it’s powered by a Dual Core CPU. It is also capable of recording videos in Full HD (192×1080) quality. Watch the video sample after the break.
