iBall Slide 3G 8072, a new tablet in the Slide series is now available in India from online retailer Flipkart. It has a 8-inch (1024 x 768 pixels) multi-touch display, powered by a 1 GHz dual-core Cortex A9 processor and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). It has a 2-megapixel rear camera and a front-facing camera. It has 3G support via a SIM card slot and has voice calling capabilities. Celkon launched the A45 smartphone in the RahmanIshq series last month, now the company has launched the AR50, a new smartphones in the series. It has a 5-inch display, powered by 1.2 GHz dual-core Cortex A7 processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It also comes pre-loaded with AR Rahman’s chartbusters and a special tune created for the Rahmanishq Music Smartphones, similar to the AR45. Samsung has started rolling out the Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) update for the Galaxy S4 (GT-I9500) in India. The LTE variant of the Galaxy S4 (GT-I9505) got the Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) update in Germany last week. The Samsung Galaxy S4 was launched back in April running on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean). It got the first update back in May the brought stability improvements, another update in June brought option to move apps to the SD card, new Smart Pause toggle and more.

Airtel announced that they have acquired 100% stake in Qualcomm Inc’s 4G venture. Airtel increased its stake to 51% from 49% back in July, which it acquired back in May 2012 by paying US$ 165 million (Rs 927.39 crore approx). Qualcomm won BWA Spectrum in Delhi, Mumbai, Haryana and Kerala circles in 2010 by paying about US$ 1 billion (Rs. 4912.54 crore approx) in the auction by DoT in June 2010 Department of Telecom (DoT). Sony announced the Sony Xperia Z1 f (SO-02F), a variant of the Xperia Z1 in Japan for NTT Docomo in their Winter 2013 range. Now press image of Sony Xperia Z1S, a completely new device has appeared, thanks to evleaks. The leaked press image is completely different from the Z1 f, but the size of the phone is similar. Now an online store in China have posted the official price of the device along with a sheet that shows off the features of the smartphone. EA Mobile has updated the Real Racing 3 game for Android and iOS platforms to version 1.4.0 that brings the most requested cars from iconic Italian manufacturer, Ferrari. This update also bring new tracks including Spain’s famous Circuit de Catalunya, new Challenges and more. Real Racing 3 was launched for both these platforms back in February earlier this year. The pack costs Rs. 849 and comes with a validity for 30 days. You pay Rs. 10 for 1 MB of data usage while roaming in the United States. The Intex Aqua N2 has a 4.0-inch (800 ×480 pixels) WVGA capacitive touch screen display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. Advantage Computers India (Adcom) has launched new smartphones, A-350i and A-400i in the Adcom Thunder Smart Phone Series. The company launched 6 new smartphones, A-530 HD, A-500, A-450, A-430, A-400, A-350 in the Adcom Thunder Smart Phone Series back in May. The A-350i is an entry-level smartphone that has a 3.5-inch HVGA screen and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). The A400i has a 4-inch HVGA display and runs on Android 4.0 (ICS).
