Samsung has sent invites for the launch of new smartphones at an event in Delhi tomorrow, November 3rd. According to its recent teaser, these are likely to be Galaxy On5 and Galaxy On7 smartphone in the new On series that went official in China recently. The Galaxy On5 and Galaxy On5 smartphones have 5-inch and 5.5-inch HD displays, respectively. These run on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop), pack 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage with expansion slot, 4G LTE connectivity and dual SIM support.

It packs a 5.5-inch HD AMOLED display, is powered by an Octa-Core 64-bit MT6753 processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Amigo UI 3.1 on top. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It also has dual SIM support and 4G LTE connectivity with support for LTE bands for India. XIaomi already announced DiwaliWithMi in India from November 3rd to 5th. Today it has launched a new version of Mi Band with White LED in India for Rs. 799, which will go on sale tomorrow on Mi.com. This will come only with White LED light, compared to multicolored LED lights in the original version that was launched earlier this year. According to Xiaomi’s research most of the Mi Band users don’t change the progress light color even though there are four colors to choose, so they have launched the new version with White LED at an affordable rate. YU has finally started rolling out Cyanogen OS 12.1 update based on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) for its YUREKA and YUREKA PLUS smartphone. This comes months after the company said that it had entered final testing phase. Oppo has released stable version of ColorOS V2.1.5i ROM for the Find 7 and Find 7a smartphones. This will be the final version of ColorOS update for these devices, said the company since it will focus on AOSP ROM for the device that was announced recently. HTC recently reported net loss of NT$4.48 billion (US$138 million) for Q3 2015 in its unaudited results, now in its consolidated results it has reported a net loss of NT$4.5 billion ($139 million), on revenue of NT$21.4 billion ($660 million) for its fiscal 2015 third quarter that ended September 30, 2015.
