Facebook rolls out Community Help feature to help neighbors after a disaster

Facebook has rolled out a new Community Help feature to Safety Check which allows users to users to either offer or locate assistance such as food, shelter or transportation during times of crisis. The social network had launched the Safety Check feature in 2014 that enables users to mark them safe thereby letting their friends and family know they were safe during natural disasters.

Google has bagged a deal to provide WiFi across Pune via its Google Station initiative. Android Nougat running on mere 1.2% devices, Marshmallow adoption at 30.7%

Google is out with its monthly Android distribution chart for the month of February. Android Nougat has finally crossed 1 percent mark nearly six months after its release. Nougat is present on just 1.2 percent of android devices of which only 0.9 percent of devices run Nougat 7.0 while Nougat 7.1 runs only on 0.3 percent of devices.
