Being on the US entity list has apparently not affected the Chinese smartphone giant HUAWEI in selling Android Smartphones worldwide. HUAWEI has sold over 240 million smartphone devices in 2020 alone with the Mate and P series seeing a growth of over 50% Y0Y. In the 5G market too, HUAWEI reported impressive numbers of 6.9 million 5G smartphones sold.

HONOR, the sub-brand of HUAWEI has announced two new wireless Bluetooth earphones called the Sport and the Sport Pro at the launch event for HONOR 9X. The two earphones feature a neckband design with good battery life, fast charging support and IPX5 ratings.
Macbooks of the future may get more performance out of its hardware as code found in the latest macOS 10.15.3 beta hints at something called ‘Pro Mode’. The code shows a toggle for the ‘Pro Mode’ in the macOS power management system that users can use to temporarily have ‘Apps run faster’.

The update comes at a time where Instagram’s user base becomes threatened with the rising popularity of TikTok and resurgence of Snapchat. Walmart-owned Flipkart has launched its first new laptop under its home electronics brand ‘Marq by Flipkart’ called the Falkon Aerbook. The laptop is 13.3-inch, thin and light, Intel powered machine that is designed for everyday use, with a clean design and minimal bezels on the screen.
In a secret meeting at CES 2020, Samsung has reportedly named the upcoming successor to the Galaxy Fold as the ‘Galaxy Bloom’. In a report by the website ajunews.com, the Galaxy Bloom will apparently have a design that is inspired by the powder compact of the luxury cosmetics brand Lancome.

We are halfway through CES week 2020 and Razer has announced new products that are focused on new and upcoming gaming experiences, along with a new ‘modular’ gaming PC. Razer also introduced an insane Eracing Simulator concept that simulates one of the most immersive racing experience to date.
