Yesterday at a launch event, realme introduced the realme Band, which claims to be the cheapest fitness band that comes with a heart-rate sensor. Google announced a pretty neat little feature that is going to make reading web articles on phones a lot easier. The feature, called ‘Read it’, can be used to make the Google Assistant read articles out load that are open on the Chrome browser, Google Search or the News app.
Just earlier this week, Facebook had announced Project Lightspeed for their mobile Messenger app, overhauling it to make it faster, smaller and simpler. Now, Facebook has begun testing a macOS client of the Messenger, available on the Mac App Store in a few countries like France, Australia, Poland, etc.

Twitter has become one of the last major social media platforms to copy Snapchat’s 24-hour disappearing type content, calling it ‘Fleets’. They are currently testing Fleets in Brazil and it will work differently from regular tweets, that is, users will not be able to retweet, like or publicly comment on them.

When Apple announced their iPhone 11 series of smartphones, it was clear that Apple had stepped up their smartphone photography game by a sizeable amount. To showcase the prowess of the iPhone 11’s capabilities, Apple created the Night mode photo challenge, where users could submit night mode photos that were clicked on the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. When you begin to follow a multitude of accounts on twitter, it can start to become a little overwhelming with many topics. In June of 2019, Twitter began testing a feature called Lists on their mobile app that allowed users to split their timeline with different pinned lists. The feature has been in iOS for a quite a while, and now Twitter has announced wide-rollout for Android users too.

Google has been steadily pushing out new features to its Pixel devices via its Feature drop, with the last one being rolled out in December, 2019. In the new Feature drop that’s rolling out today, Google is adding automatic car crash detection, new Motion Sense functionalities, more AR emoji effects for Google Duo and more.
The Galaxy A51 was launched back in January, offering decent mid-range performance for its price. Now renders have surfaced of Samsungs next smartphone in the Galaxy A-Series, namely the Galaxy A41. The renders, provided by popular leaker, @onleaks, shows a device with a large screen having an inifinity U display, a 48MP triple camera, USB-C and more.
