Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G to go on sale in India on Dec 30th

Xiaomi Redmi Note went on sale in India earlier this month for Rs. 8,999. Xiaomi has announced that Redmi Note 4G will go on sale on Flipkart on December 30th, as it promised at the launch. The Redmi Note 4G has support for TD-LTE 2300MHz (Band 40) and FDD-LTE 1800MHz (Band 3) for India and is powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 SoC, instead of Octa-Core MediaTek chip in the 3G variant. It single SIM support, unlike the dual SIM 3G variant. It comes pre-loaded with Fleksy and SwiftKey keyboards.

  • 3100 mAh battery

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G  is priced at Rs. 9,999, just Rs. 1,000 higher than the 3G version. It will also be available from Airtel flagship stores across six cities in India. Airtel is already taking registrations for the smartphone on their website. Flipkart registrations will begin 6PM today, December 23rd. Hope the company would offer early access to Flipkart First customers as usual.
