Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 4 Review: Best all-round fitness tracker for the price

Xiaomi launched the Mi Smart Band 4, successor of last year’s Mi Band 3 in India earlier this week. The upgraded version has a larger color AMOLED full-touch display with unlimited watch faces, and several features including music and volume controls, Swim tracking with stroke recognition and more. I have been using the latest fitness band from Xiaomi for about a month now, here is the review.

HONOR Band 5 with 0.95-inch AMOLED color display, 50-meter water resistance launching in India soon on Flipkart

HUAWEI’s HONOR brand introduced the Honor Band 5 last month in China. Now, the company has confirmed that it will launch in India soon on Flipkart. It has a 0.95-inch AMOLED color 2.5D curved glass touch screen display with different watch faces, in addition to Home button, comes with TruSeen 3.0  continuous heart rate tracking and is also water resistant up to 50 meters. It has automatic activity tracking that lets you track 10 fitness activities such as running, cycling, swimming with swim stroke recognition and more.

Noise, smart tech company has launched ColorFIT 2, the company’s latest fitness band and the successor of the ColorFIT smart band with improved 0.96-inch color display that is brighter and new user interface. HUAWEI’s HONOR brand along with the Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro, also introduced Honor Band 5, successor of last year’s Honor Band 4. It has the same 0.95-inch AMOLED color 2.5D curved glass touch screen display in addition to Home button, comes with continuous heart rate tracking, with atrial fibrillation screening is as high as 97.8% and is also water resistant up to 50 meters. It has automatic activity tracking that lets you track running, cycling, swimming and more.

Fitbit wearables now work with Cardiogram app bringing heart health screening

Cardiogram and Fitbit have partnered to bring Cardiogram’s suite of health monitoring features to Fitbit wearables. The Cardiogram app uses heart rate and sleep data from wearable devices and displays it on a user’s phone with insights and tracking. Samsung Galaxy Fit e with PMOLED display and Galaxy Fit with AMOLED display launched in India starting at Rs. 2590

Earlier this year, Samsung announced its new fitness tracking devices-the Galaxy Fit and an affordable Galaxy Fit e. Xiaomi Mi Band 4 with 0.95-inch AMOLED color display, voice assistant, 50-meter water resistance announced

Xiaomi’s Mi Ecosystem brand MIJIA  just announced the most expected Mi Band 4 at an event in China, as it had promised. It has a 0.95-inch AMOLED color touch screen display, which is 39.9% bigger than the predecessor so that it can display more characters and is protected by 2.5D scratch-resistant glass. It has 77 different watch faces. The band is also 5ATM water resistant so that you can take it for swimming under 50 meters. Worldwide wearable shipments reach 59.3 million, up 31.4% YoY in Q4 2018; Apple and Xiaomi continue to lead: IDC

The worldwide market for wearable devices grew 31.4% during the Q4 2018, reaching a new high of 59.3 million units according to IDC Worldwide Quarterly Wearable Device Tracker.
