Vodafone launches VoLTE services in Maharashtra and Goa, Rajasthan

Vodafone launched VoLTE (Voice Over LTE) services in India last month starting from Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Gujarat. Now it has launched VoLTE in Maharashtra and Goa, and Jaipur and Jodhpur in Rajasthan, which will soon expand in other cities of the state soon. Vodafone is calling it Super VoLTE and said that the technology delivers high-quality sound over voice calls across the Vodafone SuperNet 4G network so that users will experience ultra-clear voice quality and reduced background noise. Vodafone expands 4G footprint to over 2500 towns in 33 districts with 5300 sites across Gujarat

Vodafone launched 4G services in Gujarat back in September 2016. Today it has announced that it has expanded the 4G services across 2500+ towns covering 33 districts of Gujarat. It also said that it has rolled out 5300+ sites at 14 sites per day to expand and strengthen its network, catering to the growing demand for data and voice of its over 20+ million customers across the circle, since January 2017. List of Vodafone VoLTE compatible Smartphones

Vodafone today launched VoLTE services in India starting from Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Gujarat (Surat and Ahmedabad). With this option, now Vodafone users can enjoy HD quality voice calls with faster call set up time compared to normal voice calls on their VoLTE-compatible 4G handsets. Airtel, Vodafone, Idea take on Reliance Jio with more validity on select 1GB per day packs

To take on Reliance Jio, Airtel, Idea and Vodafone have revised two of its pre-paid plans offer more validity compared to what it previously offer. Reliance Jio revamped all its plans last week offering Rs. 50 discount on some of its plans and 50% more data in some packs.

Vodafone India to launch VoLTE services in January 2018

Vodafone has finally announced that it will roll out VoLTE (Voice Over LTE) services in India from January 2018 in Mumbai, Gujarat, Delhi, Karnataka and Kolkata in phase one and the extended roll out in other circles will happen later. Reliance Jio officially launched pan-India 4G LTE services with VoLTE support back in September last year and Airtel started rolling out VoLTE services this September starting from Mumbai and is gradually expanding to several cities.
