Sony Mobile announced the Xperia C4 Dual, a new mid-range smartphone in the Xperia series for India, along with the M4 Aqua last month. Today the company has launched the smartphone in the country. It is a selfie-focused smartphone that comes with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with 25mm wide-angle lens along with a soft LED flash. It also has It has a 5.5-inch 1080 display, 1.7 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek processor, Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. Xiaomi Mi 4 64GB gets another price cut in India, now available for Rs. 19999

Xiaomi recently announced a permanent price cut of Rs. 2000 on both the 16GB and 64GB variants of the Mi 4. Now the 64GB variant has received another price cut of Rs. 2000 and is available for Rs. 19,999, down from Rs. 21,999. It was launched at a price tag of Rs. 23,999. Foxconn is eyeing to open its first Apple iPhone plant in India, as per a latest report from Reuters. The Apple manufacturing partner Foxconn is reportedly in talks with the Indian government officials for the same.

Dell Venue 8 7000 series Android tablet launched in India for Rs. 34999

Dell introduced Venue 8 7840 in the 7000 series, as the world’s thinnest tablet at just 6mm thickness, back in September last year. It went on sale in the US earlier this year. Now the company has launched the tablet in India. It has a 8.4-inch (2560 x 1600 pixel) OLED display, is powered by a 2.3GHz Intel Atom Z3580 processor with PowerVR G6430 GPU. It has a 8-megapixel rear camera, two Intel RealSense Snapshot Depth Cameras for depth mapping, measurements and 3D editing and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

Apple announced Apple Music, its own music streaming service at the WWDC earlier this week. Apple started rolling out fourth beta of iOS 8.4 to developers recently that adds revamped Apple Music app. New popups for Apple Music sign up pages have started showing up for developers. It is even showing up for developers using the latest iOS 8.4 beta in India that reveals the pricing for individual plan as Rs. 120 ($2 approx.) per month and Rs. 180 ($3 approx.) per month for a family plan that provides service for up to six family members.
