Meizu today sent out invites for a new smartphone launch event in China on February 15th, a day after Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 4X event. Meizu is expected to introduce m5s, successor to last year’s m3s that got certified by TENAA back in December. According to the teaser the smartphone will come with improved fast charging, however the design is expected to be same as m3s. Meizu has announced its first fitness band called the Meizu Band at its M5 Note event in China. It has a concealed OLED screen that blends in with the band well, can track fitness data such as distance, number or steps and calories burnt, track sleep and also has a heart rate sensor on the back for 24-hour heart rate tracking. Meizu just announced M3X, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone at an event in China. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p Sharp TDDI LCD 2.5D curved glass display, is powered by a Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P20 16nm processor, making it the first smartphone with with the processor. Meizu today scheduled an event in China on December 6th to unveil the next-generation Note series smartphone, which will likely be the m5 note. These teaser shows the back of the phone, which has a metal body. The phone has also been certified by TENAA with model numbers – M621C, M621M and M621Q that reveal complete specifications of the phone. Meizu just announced that it will unveil a new smartphone at an event on November 30th. It also announced that it will be powered by MediaTek Helio processor with an invite with a caption Make Helio Great Again, but it did not say the exact processor name. Recent rumors revealed that the company will unveil Meizu X at the event. Even box of the smartphone surfaced online that confirms the name. Meizu announced its entry into Nepal market with the launch of m3 note and m3s smartphones. The m3 Note was launched in India back in May, but the company is yet to launch the m3s, which was announced in June as the successor to the m3.
