Hewlett-Packard India on Wednesday unveiled six new computing devices in its consumer and commercial lineup. The two new consumer devices include the thinnest and lightest 13-inch notebook in Envy series dubbed the HP Envy 13, and a 13-inch convertible the HP Pavilion 13 x360. Both the devices come with latest 6th generation Intel Core-i processors and Windows 10. Company also launched the Star Wars Special Edition Notebook in the Pavilion lineup.

HP has refreshed its Chromebook 14 with improved battery life and a thinner body. The new Chromebook 14 sports the same 14-inch display but with an option for 1366×768 pixel HD resolution or 1920×1080 pixel full-HD resolution.
HP has announced Envy Note 8, the company’s latest tablet with a stylus pen. It has a 8-inch 1080p display, is powered by Intel Atom x5 processor and runs on Windows 10 OS. Hewlett-Packard (HP) is going forward with the split following reports since last year. The company detailed its plans to split into two companies in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, adding that it would complete the process by the end of the fiscal year 2015.

HP has introduced HP Pro Tablet 608 G1, the company first commercial tablet with Windows 10 pre-installed. It has a 8-inch (2048 × 1536 pixels) 4:3 display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection, is powered by a quad-core Intel Atom x5-Z8500 processor with Intel HD graphics and is targeted at business users. HP Slate 7 VoiceTab Ultra and Slate 8 Plus that appeared last year are coming India soon, according to Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom. The HP Slate 7 (VoiceTab) Ultra has a 7-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) display, while the Slate 8 Plus comes with a 8-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) IPS display. These are powered by a 1.6 GHz quad-core Huawei HiSilicon processor and run on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). The have single SIM support with voice calling capabilities and also have 4G LTE support with support for Band 3 and Band 40 for India.
HP has partnered with Bang & Olufsen audio technology to its PCs, tablets and accessories. The partnership will extend to in the PCs in Spectre, Omen and Envy product line.

HP has introduced a range of tablets that run on Android and Windows OS. The company has a launched 12.3-inch Pro Slate 12 and the 7.9-inch Pro Slate 8 along with HP Pro Slate 10 EE running on Android and HP Pro Tablet 10 EE running on Windows model.
It looks like HP is working on two new tablets that will run on Android and Windows. The tablets will apparently sport a 10 inch screen and will have almost the same hardware.

HP Slate 6 VoiceTab II, the company’s latest tablet in the VoiceTab series is now available from official HP Online Store in India. It has the same 6-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Marvell PXA1088 processor, similar to the first HP Slate 6 VoiceTab that was launched back in February, but this runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) out of the box, has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash.
