Google Messages has released a new update that brings 5 new features to it platform. These include sending quick reactions to messages, suggested stickers in Smart Reply, a basic media editor, dedicated buttons for voice messages and video calling.
Google has announced that their Nest Hub and Nest Hub Max devices will now natively support Netflix streaming. Users can now connect their Netflix account and stream their favourite shows on their smart displays, with the ability to control the video playback with their voice or hand gestures.

Google has announced a lot of new updates to their GSuite applications, bringing stronger security features to Gmail, Meet and Chat. Along with this, they are also introducing new tools for IT admins that allow easier management in the Admin console.
In the latest version of Chrome Canary for Android, Google is testing new features that will give users more options when downloading files via the browser. The features can be turned on by enabling Flags in the app, giving users options to control the download behaviour over WiFi and cellular connections.

The Google Assistant on KaiOS is an incredibly useful tool for users with feature phones, to get things done with just their voice. Google is now integrating features from Google Lens into the Assistant on KaiOS, specifically the ability to read out loud and translate real-life text using the phone’s camera.
At the Google for India 2020 online event, Google CEO Sundar Pichai announced that Google will invest 75,000 crores (approximately US$10 billion) to advance India’s digitization over the coming 5-7 years.
