At the Qualcomm’s second annual tech summit, Asus and HP have finally launched Snapdragon-powered Windows laptops after briefly teasing at the Computex earlier this year. ASUS has silently introduced Zenfone Max Plus (M1) in Russia. It has 5.7-inch FHD+ full-screen display with 18:9 aspect ratio and 80% screen-to-body ratio and has a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, PDAF for 0.03 second quick focus and a secondary 8-megapixel rear camera with 120-degree wide-angle lens for group photos.

ASUS last week introduced Pegasus 4S, the company’s first smartphone with full-screen 18:9 display in China. It has a 5.7-inch HD+ 18:9 full-screen display, offering 12.5% more area, comes with a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash along with a secondary 8-megapixel rear camera offering portrait mode and packs a huge 4130mAh battery.

ASUS has announced Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite (ZB553KL), the company’s latest selfie-focused smartphone in Philippines. It has similar specifications as the Zenfone 4 Selfie single-camera version that was launched in India last month but this is powered by Snapdragon 425 and has 2GB RAM, instead of Snapdragon 430 and 3GB of RAM. ASUS has announced ZenFone V, the company’s latest smartphone exclusively for Verizon in U.S. It has a 5.2-inch 1080p AMOLED display with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass protection, 74.8% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by Snapdragon 820 and runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) with Zen UI 3.0. It has a 23-megapixel rear camera with OIS, EIS and TriTech auto-focus that combines laser, phase-detection, and subject-tracking auto-focus to offer focus just 0.03 seconds.

Last month, ASUS introduced ZenUI 4.0 alongside the company’s ZenFone 4 lineup including ZenFone 4 Pro, ZenFone 4, ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro and ZenFone 4 Selfie. At the time of this announcement, ASUS had confirmed that it will bring the ZenUI 4.0 to the existing ZenFone3 series. ASUS has launched Zenfone 4 Selfie and Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro smartphones in India. The Zenfone 4 Selfie comes in a single front camera version, in addition to dual front-facing camera version. All the phones have unibody designs, fingerprint sensor on the front and run Android Nougat. The company already promised to offer Android 8.0 (Oreo) update for its Zenfone 3 and Zenfone 4 series. Asus has sent out invites for the launch of new Zenfone series in India, which will likely be the Zenfone 4 series that includes Zenfone 4, Zenfone 4 Pro, Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro, Zenfone 4 Selfie, ZenFone 4 Max and Zenfone 4 Max Pro.
