MediaTek Dimensity 9000 4nm SoC with world’s first Cortex-X2 CPU, LPDDR5X RAM, Bluetooth 5.3, up to 320MP camera announced

MediaTek has announced Dimensity 9000, the company’s latest flagship SoC, after rumours. It is the world’s first SoC to use TSMC’s 4nm process tech. It is also the first to use the latest ARM Cortex-X2, A710 and A510 CPUs based on Armv9 architecture, and the Mali-G710 GPU, and is also the world’s first to support LPDDR5X RAM, and it supports up to 7500Mbps, and it is also the first to support Bluetooth 5.3.
