LG launched the G8x ThinQ in India late last year and just weeks after the launch, the company offered a free 24-inch LED TV on purchase of the smartphone. LG G8X ThinQ Review: Is the phone with Dual Screen worth it?

After announcing the G8X ThinQ back in September 2019 at the IFA, the South Korean company has launched the flagship device in the Indian market in Aurora Black color at Rs. 49,999 bundled with LG Dual Screen accessory.

While we loved the LG V40 ThinQ, our expectation were sky-high for this device considering its dual display feature. In fact, the G8X has accomplished what LG has been trying to do for years — dual displays, for example V10 and V20.  Does this device from LG met our expectations? LG G8X ThinQ with 6.4-inch FHD+ OLED display, Snapdragon 855 and LG Dual Screen launched in India for Rs. 49999

LG just launched the G8X ThinQ smartphone in India after it was introduced back in September at the IFA. It packs a 6.4-inch FullVision FHD+ OLED display, is powered by Snapdragon 855 with 6GB of RAM, runs Android Pie with improved user interface with a cleaner design, refreshed icons and tabs such as Dial, Call logs, and Contacts moving to the bottom of the display so that users can get even more done with only one hand, has dual rear cameras, 13MP 136-degree super wide-angle and 12MP standard sensor. There is also a 32-megapixel camera that merges four pixels to form large 1.6μm pixels for better output. LG G8X ThinQ with 6.4-inch FHD+ OLED display, Snapdragon 855 global roll out begins Nov 1, price revealed

LG introduced the G8X ThinQ at the IFA last month,  and it started rolling out as V50S ThinQ with 5G support in Korea earlier this month. Today the company has announced the global roll out for the G8X ThinQ, which will be available in the U.S. on November 1 followed by key markets around the world such as Brazil, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Spain and Turkey over the next several weeks. It will be sold in the U.S. unlocked at $699.99 (Rs. 49,630 approx.) on Amazon as well as AT&T and Sprint. The company is also offering LG Dual Screen worth $300 for eligible customers when discounted through carrier agreements. It will be available for pre-order from Friday, Oct. 25 and will vary by wireless provider and retailer.
