Samsung completes validation of LPDDR5X 8.5Gbps DRAM on Snapdragon SoCs

Samsung today announced that Qualcomm has validated Samsung’s LPDDR5X RAM with the industry’s fastest speed of 8.5 gigabits per second (Gbps) for use on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon mobile platforms.
