POCO X2 MIUI Software Update Tracker [Update: MIUI 12.5 stable update starts rolling out]


POCO launched the POCO X2 smartphone in India last month, running MIUI 11.0 Global Stable on top of Android 10. POCO X2 is the rebranded version of Redmi K30 4G which was launched in China back in December. The smartphone has already started receiving Android 10 based MIUI 12 update.

MIUI 12 brings all-new design and animations along with new features such as Super Wallpapers, Floating Window, New Control Center, Enhanced Privacy Protection features such as Interceptor, Flare, Hidden Mask Mode and more to the devices, check out this post to learn more about MIUI 12 features.

  • [Jul 17, 2021]: POCO has started rolling MIUI v12.5.1.0.RGHINXM with June Android security patch for pilot testers. It weighs 610MB in size.

Note that POCO follows staged roll-out, so the updates are randomly pushed to a limited number of users and a broader roll-out usually takes a few days after the company makes sure there are no critical bugs.
