Nexus S gets an OTA update, SMS Bug Fixed !

So the infamous Android SMS bug just got fixed and @GalaxySSupport on Twitter has confirmed the same, and your friends may just start to love you more. The OTA update that Nexus S got , updates your Nexus S to Android  2.3.2. And the update is just around 601kb. You must be notified for the availability of the same. Don’t worry if you haven’t got the notification yet. The update may roll out to all regions, and subsequently to every Nexus S user.

Xda forum user Nexus MC claims to have got this info regarding the update :

“This system update from Google contains important bug fixes.”

Motorola XOOM Price = $799 ?

Motorola XOOM – the Android Honeycomb tablet from Motorola does surely have some impressive specs.  But the tablet might not come cheap and will reportedly carry a minimum advertised price of $799 USD according to a document from Android Central. This might be the cost of the unsubsidized , unlocked version of the XOOM. While the tablet has been announced only for Verizon ,  it should be available on other networks too. Nexus One gets an OTA update to Android 2.2.2, Not Gingerbread !

Nexus one got an OTA (over the air) update to Android 2.2.2 . And no, this is not a major update. This update brings in some security and bug fixes. No Gingerbread for the Nexus One owners yet. LG Optimus Me P350 Leaked !

We just spotted a new Android handset from LG called the Optimus ME with the model number P350. Here are a bunch of pics of the device.
