Following vivo, OPPO India is being investigated for accusation of tax evasion. The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) looked into the mobile phone company OPPO India, a subsidiary company of “Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corporation Ltd” and found that it had avoided paying nearly Rs. 4,389 core taxes and duties. It has a 6.4-inch FHD+ 90Hz AMOLED screen with 89.4% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by Snapdragon 695 SoC with 6GB of RAM with up to 5GB of RAM expansion. On June 8th, OPPO refreshed its K series with the release of the OPPO K10 5G. Starting tomorrow, June 15th, 2022, at 12 PM IST, this smartphone will be available for purchase. The smartphone will cost INR 17,499 and will be available on Flipkart, mainline retail outlets, and the OPPO Online Store. The smartphone is available in two colours: Ocean Blue and Midnight Black. After rumors, OPPO has confirmed the launch of OPPO K10 5G smartphone in India on June 8th. The company said that the 4G version of the K10 that was launched earlier this year sold 1,00,000 units in the first 15 days.
