Lava just launched the Z1, Z2, Z4 and Z6, the company’s latest ‘Made in India’ smartphones all with military-grade certification and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on the front. Lava says that the Z1 is world’s first ‘Designed In India’ phone features a 5-inch FWVGA screen, is powered by MediaTek Helio A20 quad-core SoC with 2GB of RAM, 5MP front and rear cameras with LED flash and a 3100mAh battery. Lava to launch new smartphones on January 7

Lava Mobile has announced that it will launch new smartphones under ‘Make in India’ initiative on January 7th 2021. The launch invite just shows the outline of a phone. The company also mentions #AbDuniyaDekhegi #ProudlyIndian. Back in July the company announced ‘Design in India’ contest to design the next next Indian smartphone. Lava Z92 Unboxing and First Impressions

Lava is no stranger to this market, but like sister-brand XOLO they’ve come back after a hiatus with a new device, the Z92 launched just yesterday. At Rs. 9,999, you get a big 6.22 inch full-view experience with a notch, a neat design that’s clean and some decent specs to back it up. But the question is, as always, can the Lava Z92 survive in this heavily competitive market? Here are my first impressions of this device.
