Lava has announced the launch of their newest truly wireless earbuds in India, called the Lava ProBuds 2. It features an ergonomic design, Bluetooth 5.0, instant wake and pair technology, up to 23 hours of battery life and more.
The ProBuds 2 have an ergonomic lightweight design with matte black finish, and they come with 14 mm drivers that Lava claims will offer rich and powerful bass along with high-quality audio. It connects via Bluetooth 5.0 with a range of 10m, and the earbuds themselves are IPx5 water and sweat resistant.
They have touchpads on each earbud for music and call control, and they support both Google and Siri voice assistance support. Each earbud has 43mAh battery inside that provides about 5 hours of listening time, and the charging case can extend this to a total of 23 hours.
The ProBuds 2 will be available on Amazon and Flipkart from August 26th onwards for an introductory price of Rs. 1399 and will be later sold for Rs 1699.
The company is also running BYOB (Break Your Old Buds) contest that will give some lucky participants a chance to win free buds. The participants will have to just register themselves on Lava website and pledge to break their old earphones (wired or wireless). The winners will be chosen via lucky draw.
