Google has updated its Messenger app for Android to version 1.2 that brings support for animated GIF. With this feature you can now send and receive animated GIFs through messages. HERE has launched the HERE Maps for iPhone finally. Unlike the HTML5-based maps that was released back in 2012, the is a full app that has been created from the ground up. Apart from the walking, transit and driving directions and full turn-by-turn voice guidance with spoken street names, this also has offline mode that lets you use all these features offline. HERE Maps was released for Android last year and it came out of Beta last month.
