India wearables market shipped 23.8 million units in Q3 2021, records 93.8% YoY growth: IDC

According to the International Data Corporation’s (IDC) quarterly report on the Indian Wearables market, a total of 23.8 million units were shipped during Q3 2021. This includes the shipment of ear wears, wristbands and watches, calculating to a healthy growth of 93.8% YoY.

POCO F1 MIUI 12 Software Update Tracker [Update: MIUI 12.5 / 12.5 Enhanced not coming]

Xiaomi’s sub-brand POCO launched the POCO F1 smartphone in India back in August 2018 running MIUI 9.6 Global Stable on top of Android 8.1 (Oreo). POCO F1 currently runs Android 10 based MIUI 11, and is confirmed to get MIUI 12 in the coming months. Xiaomi doesn’t follow any fixed update frequency for the MIUI Global Stable ROM but on average, the Global Stable ROM is updated once in 20-40 days. ECG, Daily Readiness score now available on compatible Fitbit devices in India

Customers of Fitbit fitness trackers in India will now be able to experience more health features on the Fitbit app and their devices. The Fitbit Charge 5 now supports taking ECG readings right from the wrist, the Fitbit app for Premium members supports their Daily Readiness score, and diabetic patients can now track their blood glucose levels through the app.
