Vivo X30 and X30 Pro 5G with 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, Exynos 980, 32MP in-screen front camera announced

Vivo has announced X30 and X30 Pro flagship smartphones at an event in China few hours back, as it had promised. These packs a 6.44-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with 2.98mm punch-hole that houses a 32-megapixel camera, is powered by Samsung Exynos 980 with support for liquid cooling, run Android Pie with FuntouchOS 10. The X30 packs a 64MP main camera lens along with 8MP wide-angle lens and a 32MP portrait lens for 50mm equivalent full frame focal length, while the X30 Pro features an additional 13-megapixel periscope lens instead of the portrait lens for 5x loss-less zoom. Vivo Z1 Pro gets another price cut in India, now available starting at Rs. 12990

Vivo launched the Z1 Pro smartphone with Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 processor, 32MP in-display front camera earlier this year in India. Last month, the Z1 Pro got up to Rs. 2000 permanent price cut and now, Vivo Z1 Pro has got another price cut in India.

Vivo confirms it will be one of the first to release Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 equipped 5G smartphones

Qualcomm officially unveiled its next flagship product, the Snapdragon 865 5G mobile platform during its Snapdragon summit in Hawaii just last week. Now, Vivo has announced that they will be one of the first manufacturers to equip their mobile phones with the new SoC, enabling faster speeds and better 5G support.

Vivo V17 with 6.44-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display, 48MP quad rear cameras, 32MP in-screen front camera launched in India for Rs. 22990

After V17 Pro launch in September, Vivo has launched the V17 smartphone in India, as it had promised. It has a 6.44-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED 20:9 Full View display with 91.38% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by Snapdragon 675 with 8GB of RAM and runs Android Pie with Funtouch OS 9 on top. On the back there is a 48-megapixel primary camera along with an 8-megapixel 120° ultrawide sensor, 2-megapixel camera for portraits and a 2-megapixel for macro. There is a 32-megapixel in-screen camera inside the 2.98mm hole with super night mode for better low-light selfies. Vivo iQOO Neo Racing Edition with 6.38-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, Snapdragon 855 Plus, up to 12GB RAM announced

Vivo introduced iQOO Neo with Snapdragon 845 in China in July, later in October it introduced the iQOO Neo Snapdragon 855 Edition, now it has introduced the new iQOO Neo 855 Racing Edition with the 855 Plus and up to 12GB RAM. Other specifications are similar including the 6.39-inch FHD+ water drop notch with 90.0% screen-to-body ratio, liquid cooling, Android Pie, 12-megapixel primary rear camera with Sony IMX363 sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel sensor for portrait shots. Vivo X30 with Exynos 980 SoC, dual mode 5G support, Periscope telephoto lens to be announced on December 16

Update: December 6, 2019 — Vivo has confirmed that the X30 smartphone will be introduced at an event in China on December 16th. It recently said that the phone’s camera will offer advanced portrait capabilities equivalent to 50mm DSLR lens.
