WhatsApp is now working on allowing iOS users to manage multiple accounts within one app, following the feature’s availability on Android. According to WABetaInfo, the latest WhatsApp beta for iOS, version 25.2.10.70 available on TestFlight, shows this feature in development.
The feature will enable users to log into multiple accounts using the same application, which is particularly handy for those managing both personal and work communications or any other scenarios requiring different phone numbers. Currently, some users use WhatsApp Business for this purpose, even without a business context, to handle a second phone number.

With the new update, users will have the option to either set up a new primary account or link an existing one via QR code. This dual method provides flexibility, allowing users to choose the most suitable approach for their needs without the need for multiple devices or extra apps.
Each account will maintain its own notifications, chats, backups, and settings, ensuring privacy and organization. This is especially useful for dual SIM users who will no longer need to dedicate one SIM to WhatsApp and another to WhatsApp Business; they can manage both numbers in the primary app.
This feature is currently in development and is expected to be included in a future update of the WhatsApp app.
