Xiaomi Mi Watch with 1.78-inch AMOLED screen, Snapdragon Wear 3100, 4G VoLTE via eSIM announced

Xiaomi just announced Mi watch, the company’s first smartwatch in the Mi Ecosystem in China, as it had promised. It has a 1.78-inch AMOLED touch screen with support for over 100 watch faces, is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100 with 1GB of RAM, runs Wear OS with MIUI for Watch on top with over 40 apps and has support for eSIM for 4G VoLTE calling through all the major operators in China such as China Telecom and China Unicom. Mi Watch in Black and Silver colors and Mi TV 5 series with Quantum Dot 4K QLED teased ahead of announcement on Nov 5

Xiaomi has shared more images of the watch that shows a metal casing, a button on the right, below the crown, microphone on both the sides, and what looks like a speaker.

Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro with 108MP rear camera, 5x optical zoom, Mi Watch and Mi TV 5 series to be announced on November 5

After rumors, Xiaomi has officially announced that it will introduce the Mi CC9 Pro smartphone in China on November 5th. This will be the world’s first smartphone with 108MP 1/1.33-inch Samsung ISOCELL Bright HMX  sensor to go on sale, since the Mi MIX Alpha concept phone that was introduced last month will be avialable only at the end of December. Mi Watch could be Xiaomi’s first Wear OS smartwatch with its own Mi Wear companion app

Xiaomi is popular for its Mi Band fitness bands and has also released Amazfit smartwatches in partnership with Huami. Now, the latest Wear OS companion app tear down has revealed that Xiaomi might be working on a smartwatch powered by Google’s Wear OS platform, according to a new report.
