Last month Idea Cellular started commercial roll out of VoLTE services across six circles – Maharashtra (excluding Mumbai) & Goa, Gujarat, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, and, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh, after rolling it out to its employees in the first phase.
