HUAWEI just introduced the Mate X7, the company’s latest foldable smartphone in China, as it had promised along with the Mate 80 series as the successor to last year’s Mate X6. The phone packs an 8-inch foldable screen with a peak brightness of 2500nit, and the outer 6.49-inch has a peak brightness of 3000 nits, both with 1-120Hz LTPO panel with 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming. HUAWEI has confirmed the launch of HUAWEI Mate 80 series smartphones in China on November 25th as the successor to last year’s Mate 70 series.
