HUAWEI Mate X7 goes global along with other accessories


HUAWEI has introduced the Mate X7 foldable phone, FreeClip 2 TWS earbuds, WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN smartwatch, and MatePad 11.5 S tablet for the global market, after these were introduced in China last month.

The HUAWEI Mate X7 slim foldable smartphone features a design inspired by the “Time-Space Gate” concept and comes in three finish options: a nano-fiber Brocade White, and vegan leather options in Nebula Red and Black.

In terms of hardware, the Mate X7 utilizes a proprietary “Ultra-Reliable Foldable Architecture.” This includes an outer display made of Crystal Armor Kunlun Glass, advanced precision hinges, and a three-layer composite structure. Thermal management is handled by a 3,550 mm² VC and Graphene heat dissipation system, while power is supplied by a 5,600 mAh battery.

The camera system features a second-generation True-to-Color Camera, which Huawei states offers a 43% improvement in color accuracy. The array also includes an Ultra Lighting HDR Camera, an Ultra-Wide Camera, and a Telephoto Macro Camera. The device supports Ultra Lighting HDR Video recording up to 17.5 EV.

HUAWEI FreeClip 2

The HUAWEI FreeClip 2 utilizes an ear-clip design intended for open-ear listening. Each earbud weighs 5.1g and is rated IP57 for dust and water resistance. The headphones are available in Blue, White, Black, and a new Rose Gold finish.

Audio performance is driven by high-energy dual-driver units and a new NPU AI processor, which provides ten times the computing performance of the previous generation. Huawei claims the device offers up to 38 hours of total battery life.

HUAWEI WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN Royal Gold Edition

The new Royal Gold Edition of the HUAWEI WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN features a purple ceramic bezel integrated with 18K gold, a zirconium-based liquid metal case, and a purple-gold titanium alloy strap.

This smartwatch is equipped with specialized features for divers, including a waterproof system and direct sonar-based underwater communication. Other specifications include an upgraded antenna for connectivity, the HUAWEI Sunflower Positioning System, and advanced eSIM capabilities. Health tracking is managed by the TruSense system, which utilizes X-TAP technology for monitoring.

HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 S (2026)

The HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 S is a tablet focused on creative work and productivity. It features Huawei’s PaperMatte Display, a screen technology designed to reduce glare and improve clarity compared to traditional matte screens.

The tablet supports the M-Pencil Pro stylus and a magnetic keyboard. On the software side, the device comes pre-installed with the Huawei Notes app and the GoPaint app, which includes new animation tools. For video editing, the Wondershare Filmora app has been updated with shortcut key support, while the WPS Office suite is available for document processing.
