HTC announced the One A9 for India at an event last month. Today the company has launched the smartphone in the country exclusively on Snapdeal. To remind you, the One A9 packs a 5-inch 1080p AMOLED display, Octa-Core Snapdragon 617 processor, runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with HTC Sense UI on top, has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF), Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), RAW image capture and an Ultrapixel front-facing camera. HTC One A9 Hands On and Photo Gallery

HTC on Wednesday announced and showcased its iPhone 6/6s-lookalike HTC One A9 in India alongside the all new mid-range HTC Desire 828 Dual SIM smartphone. While the official pricing isn’t yet disclosed, we think that HTC will not price it beyond Rs. 30,000. The phone will be made available in next two weeks, said HTC at an event in New Delhi. HTC today announced the One A9 and Desire 828 dual sim smartphones in India. The first smartphone in the new One A series was unveiled last month, and packs a 5-inch 1080p AMOLED display, Octa-Core Snapdragon 617 processor, runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with HTC Sense UI on top, has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF), Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), RAW image capture and an Ultrapixel front-facing camera. The Desire 828 was introduced in China earlier this month, packs a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) display, is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6753, has a 13-megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an Ultrapixel front-facing camera. HTC has announced One A9, the company’s first One A series smartphone. It has a 5-inch full HD AMOLED, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 617 processor and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with HTC Sense UI on top. HTC says that the unlocked version will get Android updates within 15 days once Google pushes out the update for the Nexus devices. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) that improves camera’s focus, Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), RAW image capture and an Ultrapixel front-facing camera.
