In the world of monitors at CES 2020, Dell is introducing a dozen new models, from its high end 86 4K Interactive Touch Monitor to a 27 inch Ultrasharp 4k monitors. Dell is also announcing the new Alienware 25 Gaming Monitor, featuring a fast IPS 240Hz screen with 1 millisecond gray-to-gray response time.
Dell has announced 3 new laptops for CES 2020, 2 new XPS 13 laptops along with a new Latitude 9000 series laptop. The XPS 13 features Dell’s new first ever four sided, borderless InfinityEdge display while running Intel’s latest 10th Gen CPU’s. The Latitude 9510 will come with a 30 hour battery life, 5G antenna support and will have the Dell Optimizer software.
8K TVs are coming this year and of course, LG Electronics will be showing off its best of the best at CES 2020. For this year, LG will showcase its expanded 8K TV lineup, with new 77-inch and 65-inch joining the existing premium lineup of 88- and 75-inch screen sizes, featuring its new α (Alpha) 9 Gen 3 AI Processor.
Telegram, one of the best, feature rich mass messaging apps has released a new update that brings along a bunch of new features for both iOS and Android users. The update also comes with a security feature called verifiable builds that allow users to independently verify cross check code on GitHub with the app downloaded from the App Store or Play Store.
China’s competitor to the GPS, the Beidou-3 Navigation Satellite System will launch its final two satellites before June 2020 to complete its constellation. The total number of satellites will come up to 24 and will be an alternative to the popular US owned GPS that everyone is familiar with.

Facebook has quietly removed the option to sign up with mobile number and has now made it a mandatory requirement to sign up with a Facebook Account. Earlier, users could sign up with their mobile numbers instead of a Facebook account for both Messenger and Messenger Lite.
Whatsapp is reportedly testing a feature that enables disappearing messages, that will automatically remove messages after a certain period of time. The feature has been in development in Whatsapp Beta’s under different names and is part of Whatsapp’s cleaning tools.

Soon, you might be able to record larger video files for 4K recordings as code has been spotted in Android 11 AOSP code that removes the current 4GB file limitation. This will update a decision taken by Google back in 2014 to set the 4GB approximate file size limit as that was all that required at the time.
HONOR, a sub-brand of the Chinese smartphone giant HUAWEI is reportedly planning to the enter the Indian PC market with the launch of two laptops sometime in the first quarter of next year. The laptops will be powered by either Intel or AMD chips along with either Vega 10 or Nvidia’s MX150 graphics cards.
