HONOR has taken the stage at the Mobile World Congress 2026 to announce its latest flagship foldable, the HONOR Magic V6, as it had promised. Taglined “Unfold the Real Magic,” the device boasts a series of world-firsts and industry-leading specs, bridging the gap between ultra-thin design, uncompromising battery life, and powerhouse performance.
Design & Battery
Despite the traditional compromises associated with foldable phones, HONOR has engineered a marvel of ultra-thin innovative architecture.
- Record-Breaking Slimness: The Magic V6 measures an astonishing 8.75mm, making it the slimmest foldable phone on the market.
- Massive Battery: It houses the industry’s largest battery at 6660mAh made possible by HONOR’s Silicon-carbon Battery technology, which boasts an incredible energy density of 921Wh/L.
Build
Durability is a major focus for the Magic V6, earning it top-tier certifications for everyday resilience:
- Hinge & Crease: Rated for 500,000 folds (SGS high-quality durable folding certification) while maintaining a “minimalist, imperceptible crease” on the inner display.
- Materials: It utilizes HONOR Super Steel (2800MPa) for the hinge and a reinforced UTG (Ultra-Thin Glass) layer that is 44% stronger.
- Protection: The exterior is protected by an HONOR Anti-scratch NanoCrystal Shield. It has earned a 5-star SGS drop resistance and screen anti-impact rating.
- Water & Dust proof: It offers both IP68 and IP69 ratings, ensuring maximum resistance to dust and high-pressure water.

HONOR has equipped the Magic V6 with dual top-tier screens that ensure a flagship viewing experience whether the phone is folded or open. Both screens utilize AMOLED (LTPO 2.0) technology and feature a dynamic 1–120 Hz refresh rate for buttery smooth scrolling and optimal power efficiency.

Under the hood, the HONOR Magic V6 is the first foldable to feature the highly anticipated Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 3nm Mobile Platform with the Adreno 840 GPU.
Camera
HONOR is refusing to let foldables lag behind traditional slate flagships in photography.
- Hardware: It features a 64MP, 1/2-inch telephoto sensor, the highest megapixel count for a telephoto lens in a foldable, backed by CIPA 6.5 standard image stabilization. There is a 50MP main camera and a 50MP ultrawide camera
- AiMAGE Color Engine: This new multi-sensor fusion computing system uses AI white balance dynamic adjustment to ensure colors are “true to what you see.” HONOR’s presentation confidently compared the true-to-life color calibration against the iPhone 17 Pro Max, showing superior accuracy.
- Video: The device also features AI Cinema Color, ensuring that every frame of video looks like a cinematic masterpiece.
Productivity & Agentic AI
To take advantage of the massive inner screen, HONOR is introducing Agentic AI—designed to “automate your complex work.”
- AI Features: Includes Cross App Action, an AI Meeting Agent, and deeply integrated AI Suggestions.
- Ecosystem Bridge: In a surprising and welcome move for cross-platform users, the productivity suite highlights Apple Connectivity, promising seamless integration with devices like MacBooks, iPads, and AirPods.
Availability
The HONOR Magic V6 comes in Red, Gold, White and Black colors. HONOR said that the Magic V6 will be available in select markets in H2 this year, with regional availability to be confirmed. Further details on configurations, and pricing will be announced locally, the company added.
