Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 310 and Tab 2 311 get a price cut, now available for Rs. 15999 and Rs. 12599



Samsung India has cut the price of both their 7-inch Galaxy Tab 2 Android tablets. The Galaxy S3 and the Galaxy S Duos smartphones got a price cut earlier this month. Samsung launched the Galaxy Tab 2 310 in India back in May last year at a MOP of Rs. 19,500 and the Wi-Fi only variant, the Galaxy Tab 2 311 went on sale in India couple of weeks back at Rs. 13,900.

Both these tablets come with a 7-inch (1024×600) PLS TFT LCD display, 1GHz dual-core processor, 3MP fixed focus rear-facing camera and VGA front-facing camera. The Galaxy Tab 2 311 comes with Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) out of the box. The Galaxy Tab 2 310 is upgradable to Android 4.1 through a software update and has a SIM card slot for 3G support 3G and has voice calling capabilities.

After the price cut the Galaxy Tab 2 310 and Tab 2 311 available for Rs. 15,999 and Rs. 12,599, respectively. Online retailer Flipkart is now selling these tablets at new rates.
