The Samsung Galaxy A27, with the model number SM-A276B and the successor to last year’s Galaxy A26, has surfaced in the Geekbench benchmark.

This reveals the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chip for the phone, compared to the Exynos 1380 in the Galaxy A26, making it a minor upgrade when it comes to CPU and GPU performance. It also reveals 6GB of RAM for the phone, but we can expect a 8GB of RAM version as well. The phone will run Android 16 with One UI 8.5 on top.
The phone is expected to stick to an FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 50MP rear camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP macro sensor but get a new 12MP front camera. It is said to retain a 5000mAh battery but get support for 45W fast charging compared to 25W in the predecessor.
The Galaxy A26 was introduced alongside the A56 and the A36 last year, but the Galaxy A27 is yet to be announced. We can expect the phone to go official sometime later this April.
