Samsung Galaxy A34 5G and Galaxy A54 5G launched in India starting at Rs. 30,999


Samsung just launched the Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A34 smartphones in India, after the phones were introduced yesterday. The phones have a 120Hz Super AMOLED display, the A54 is powered by the latest Exynos 1380 SoC and the A34 has a Dimensity 1080 SoC.

The Galaxy A54 has a new 50MP rear camera, while retaining the 12MP ultra-wide and the 5MP macro camera, but it doesn’t have a depth sensor. It has a 32MP front camera.

The A34 has a 48MP rear camera, 8MP ultra-wide angle camera and a 5MP macro camera, but it doesn’t have a depth sensor. It has a 13MP front camera. Both have improved OIS and video digital image stabilization (VDIS) features.

Both the phones run Android 13 with One UI 5.1, and the company guarantees up to four generations of OS upgrades and five years of security updates for the phones. There is Voice focus, Knox security, Privacy Dashboard, Private Share and more.

The A54 has a glossy glass back and the A34 has a plastic back with a haze pattern for Graphite and Lime, and the Silver has a Prism pattern with iridescent finish. These have IP67 ratings for dust and water resistance, pack a 5000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging.
